Or, you could just think sensibly and try and get an actual reputable airline to hire you and get paid for the hours you fly. Pay 2 Fly schemes are the last think any new pilot should be considering. I'm not sure who told you that you'll get better salaries once you have an unfrozen ATPL, everyone usually joins an airline on a year 1 pay scale. The ATPL only grants you the ability to become a commander if an airline chooses, however if all of the hours were from a P2F scheme then I doubt anyone would consider that experience for a direct entry scheme. Avoid.
