That's all true but when giving advice to others some people should realize that with the current state of low-cost and not so low-cost aviation in Europe, some of us could only dream of a bad bidding/swapping system to be among our biggest problems instead of constantly flying 4 leg days 5 days in a row for 4000€ with no food provided in the airplane and no benefits other than a salary.
I understand however he was painting an accurate picture….. If that is a step up then by all means go for it!
