Depending on what time and which airport you arrive in to, even US Citizens can be held up clearing immigration.
Fair point there, but I don't see the ROI being there vs. somewhere like LGW or LHR which has a higher % of UK based POS. TheScottish based US CBP officers have to be paid for and one flight per day in Feb won't pass muster in comparison with some of the other candidates with higher volumes. I think EDI will continue to build on US flights though.
