I reckon on half of them stopped watching by the second question and ruled them out. I say that as I've seen other assessors (not in the airline industry) who said within minutes they knew they weren't right so what's the point of carrying on with the video? That would have saved time.
Is that farmer giles as in south west UK? I think that's where he was from? Or am I mixing him up with someone else?
So I'm guessing your captain friend coached you re the digital interview? If so, good on you as you have to make use of very resource available to you!
