Currently 50% of the cadets hired went to their mentored programme. Their plans are to get the number to 100% in 2/3 years time. I don't see why they would call people again unless you were close to passing the assessment in Dublin. There are an abundance amount of cadets looking for their first job. APS/MCC applicants are not as rare is it used to be few years back.... The line is long. I don't think current situation will change until they will get more aircrafts, which is hard to predict when because of Boeings delivery problems.
Yeah, I suspect it's going to be that. I think I'm going to have to do the APS MCC in Dublin soon. Not another MCC again.
I was hoping the max problem was a small blimp but I guess that is wishful thinking. I'm surprised that there is an "abundance amount of cadets" given the climate and cost of living. I missed the judged situation.
