parkfell is very right though. There must be some caveats and it would very interesting to see the contract and terms of such a refund guarantee.

It could be anything. A student twists their ankle and is unable to fly for four weeks. Someone has to return home for a few weeks when a family member passes. When does the clock stop and restart or does it void the delay refund entirely?
Is bad weather considered an act of God? What about if two of their twins go tech for a month at the same time - an extraordinary circumstance?
A student's performance isn't considered good enough so they require extra training - what happens then? What if 3/4 of each class are considered not up to standard? Not much of a guarantee if most of the pre-vetted candidates don't meet the standard.

Interestingly, they don't advertise or even publish those terms on their site which doesn't inspire confidence.

Sorry to sound like a total skeptic, but the training industry does that to people sadly.

On FTE, they must have one of the brst reputations out of the schools in Europe.
That said, it's really important to do due diligence. I would say take a visit to their campus. They have an on-site cafe and bar. Pretty easy to get a feel for how things are and to talk to current students there I imagine.
