Noted in news articles statements saying this guy has no history of criminal or violent behavior but no statements about history of mental problems. I find it odd that he is displaying symptoms of psychosis post-event but no mention of history prior. Perhaps another case of our over-medicated youth.
There is a bunch of undiagnosed mental illness in the general population. There are many cases of psychosis developing in adults and manifesting prior to formal diagnosis. In fact I would speculate that this is the norm.
