One can argue that the issue is substandard candidates, not being able to understand basic requirements and passing blame. Recency requirements ties up with training risk and costs, has nothing to do with diversity. Every airline in the country has a similar restriction. You lot are hellbent to justify your failures with your biases and bigotry, it’s sad to say the least.

Emirates: - Minimum 150 hours within the past 12 months on Type
Easyjet, Jet2, TUI, Qatar…12 months…get a grip guys, it’s ugly now.
