In these pages it was posted/questioned if that was intentional… I for example posted non-booking was plausible if the seats were ‘noisy’ (I thought ‘precaution’ as a term was a bridge too far … and hindsight). Alaska and Boeing (formally) denied intentional non-bookings (AK stated seats were booked but pax delayed) and whistles. As an investigator you might now have to start asking parties if they can substantiate what they declare in public.
