Always think of a circus act. Then you have unfunded procurement, added on by congress. Often, it's more F-35 and a maybe sub added this year. I can't see them slowing down, one of the 2 lines. I haven't heard of a bottleneck, stopping 2 subs. I would have to google, but I recall them adding subs before. The bigger question is, will they allow the retirement of A-10?
