Don’t get carried away with how glitzy or big the villas are,, think big picture:
- where are the villas in relation to the rest of Dubai?
- where are the nearest shops?
- can you live being surrounded by people / pilots who work at Emirates ( in essence at home you never leave work / emirates?)
- school on doorstep sounds ideal but it’s really an EK school because the majority of kids there are all from EK, is that ideal?
These are just a couple of issues, there are many others. Some people love being enclosed by ek in almost every part of their lives but others hate it and feel confined .
Meydan south could be paradise or purgatory. Be aware!
