Cathay follow the southerly route over Turkey, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan rather than entering Russian airspace on their European flights.
Turkish, Air Serbia, Ethiopian, RAM, Gulf Air and Air Arabia amongst others are still flying to Russia.
