Good luck getting 32 nations to sign up to a NATO op. A
coalition of the willing is more or a six-pack or twelve-pack of bilateral (nation by nation) support to Ukraine (which is well covered supported under articles in the UN Charter). Also, explain to me again how you send soldiers to Ukraine in a non-combat role during a war? That's no way to treat your soldiers. Didn't anyone learn anything from Former Yugoslavia?

First world problems strike again.
As to conscription: if you invest in good training, conscripted soldiers can perform well.
