With the change in heirachy, the interview process is bound to be different this time around. RJ used to just have an informal chat with you but i believe IP is going to have a more structured interview. Still fairly simple though.
I would suggest knowing your instrument law well and maybe find a little out about the J31/32. Differences between the two.
I can almost guarantee that he wont ask any of that touchy feely crap that Eagle ask you, like, who do you like more...your mum or dad!!
