For 2p try OEMServices (originally SAVE-GIE) - they handle exchange and AOG for Thales, Safran, Liebherr and Diehl (as owned by them). You will need to hook up with their portal and go from there.

Your VEMD is "part" of the Thales MEGHAS suite. If they do not currently support the items they should know the next best option. It's a while since I used them but they were reasonable with pricing.
