Only that YLEC wasn't on Shell Aviation's list of sites when we started doing inspections for them back in 2004 (that's twenty years ago! yikes!!).. but then SAV never did have much of a presence in SA. Quite possibly because the SA regionals were owned (not just operated) by local agents as DF suggests?? Makes sense. I'd always wondered about that.
I found it amusing that the paper-pushers at the various oil majors often had no idea which sites they owned/operated from week to week. and it's still the case today.
