I’ve been a broker, an operator, a pilot, played in many parts of aviation.
Whilst like in any industry some are charlatans the majority are not.
I have no idea who Mjet are so I cannot comment about them.
Have a google of charter brokers in Australia, are ACS aviation professionals, Air Partner? Avmin?
Many companies prefer to deal with brokers as many operators are not good at dealing directly with clients.
