Leigh Creek was never a Shell site. Maybe you're thinking of Coober Pedy?
Stark Aviation or "Flying Fuels" as they now call themselves used to be the Shell agent at Parafield until Shell pulled out, so they are now an independent. To the best of my knowledge, the fuel they sell now comes from BP. After doing a bit more sleuthing, I believe the setup may have been installed in 2012.
