- all RW contract out to Buckeburg or Dax would say Mother Rucker / Novosel
- all FJ - contract out to IFTS at Deci
all M/E - contract out to Lufthansa Flight Training
QED with considerable savings to the treasury and have half decent aircrew at the other end
