The interview and group exercises are pretty industry standard stuff. If you've done them before for an airline interview, then you should be reasonably familiar with the process. However, as you hopefully would have figured out, NetJets isn't an A to B airline. So I would think about the differences between the airlines and us. Safety is naturally our highest priority, but that's a given really.
