What puzzles me is how UKA could know that RuA would use such an expensive missile ? Since this decoy was within 10 km of the border they could have used a Lancet drone and that would have been a big minu to UKA comparing the cost of the very expensive decoy to a cheap drone.
Very expensive decoy?? It'll just be a scaffold with some plywood and tarpaulin covering with a washing machine motor to turn the 'radar'.
