Currently FR has 12 bases in Spain: MAD, BCN, PMI, AGP, ALC, TFS, VLC, IBZ, ACE, SVQ, SCQ, GRO

Possible future bases:
LPA, BIO, FUE, Oviedo, Santander, Reus, Granada, Jerez, Murcia, Zaragoza, Castellon etc.

LPA must be one eventually
