The new shareholders pay a large premium for their shares. This means that they pay a much higher price for their shares compared with Asquith based on the value of the Global Airlines brand and business plan. I do not believe that these actually have any value.
Berkeley Club Ltd, is a dormant UK company, almost been struck off twice seeing it is not doing anything. Bhaven Pathak is the sole director of the company, he has another company listed, it looks dormant as well.
Anva Globa Ltd, Arjun Mital... this seems to be listed in the Seychelles. Arjun is not listed on any company in the UK at present.
Michael and Christine Lowe Family trust, seems to be in Santa Monica California, something to do with property as far as I can tell.
The rest, well not much to go on really.
