No I disagree. They are serious but three early fails seems far too many me so I can understand the OP thinking that maybe they are simply not up to it.

However. I suspect that the OP is not preparing for exams sufficiently. Are you studying by yourself or at a school? Do you have access to practice exam papers?

I would go to an ATPL school or get some ATPL tuition, and certainly some test papers to get your mind in gear and your speed up.

You need to be schooled in each subject by a teacher, and practice each subject exam several times under exam conditions before taking the real thing.

Practice practice practice.
