To be very clear, this is not a public offering, this is private placings to members of the public. A small sample is attached.
The new shareholders pay a large premium for their shares. This means that they pay a much higher price for their shares compared with Asquith based on the value of the Global Airlines brand and business plan. I do not believe that these actually have any value.
