Based on what is already in the public domain, could it not be argued that this is an honestly held opinion?
Given that the company is raising money from the public to fund this enterprise and also that this is a regulated industry, could there not also be a public interest defence.
I don’t think that Global would want to have that debate inside a Courtroom.
