The wing bearing the RDAF plate in question was originally fitted to R-343 but that aircraft crashed on 8 August 1980 so clearly the wing was removed prior to this date.
EDIT: If the wing came from RT-664 the RDAF plate should show 1F-104-4664 (not 1F-104-5664) as RT-664's full serial was 104664. I cannot find an RDAF serial ending in 5664.
jensdad makes the astute observation that the plate is in English so my choice of title for this thread turns out to be unhelpful.
