VB crew defend the generosity of their employment conditions please.

The silence is deafening.

From family and friends who work with them I believe they are very well paid. They clear a great amount per week, get grooming allowance, a bonus every financial year and get a pretty good Christmas present every year. They do work hard but are compensated well.
It is nowhere near 30-40 people a month. It might be higher than alot of other jobs but they also employ alot of very young immature staff who do not realise how good they have got it there and end up quiting. When you hire alot of young staff they also do not deal well with missing parties or outings with friends and just give up to have an easier life. I think the only thing
VB do wrong is hire too young a staff, with not enough life experience to realise they are onto a good thing.
