I saw it also, I was out side looking west and saw what you described.. Sadly I had only just gone outside prior to take some astro pictures and was watching a train of Starlink Sats going west to east and was waching for any more from the west when it appeared.. 100% green before if disapeared. Im In South Shropshire by the way!..

Really pleased someone else witnessed it. I have seen a lot over the years but that was definitely the largest I have seen and a very colourful ending.
