Hello.
I'm a young pilot going to my first interview to Finnair's subsidiary in baltic states Aero Airlines (
www.aeroairlines.com).
Since it is formed basically by the people from Finnair, I would expect the pilot selection process to be similar to Finnair's interviewing methods. Should I expect some kind of simulator or situation assessment? My last flight was months ago so I try to keep current on my PC simulator.
Would anybody share some some tips about airline's interviews?
