Hey guys, it may be a stupid question but it's really annoying me by the wording and I am trying to find out. Now, the confusing part for me is do I HAVE to be living there before the training starts, or does anyone know if i can simply relocate to one of these countries? If you have a Lithuanian passport and you may work in EU countries (I assume yes), you can apply.
