The Houthi's are capable of mounting simultaneous UAV Drone, anti-ship cruise missile and anti-ship ballistic missile attacks on both Naval vessels and merchant ships, whom they have also captured via heli-borne assault. So yes, a LOT changes! And the Houthi's have been under near daily air attack from the Saudi's since 2015...
