Nice to hear Smile that you seem happy with your
VB CC position.
Lets all remember that CC Australia wide all benefit from the maintenance of the sorts of conditions that have traditionally allowed us to make careers of our jobs...........
Both majors are making bucket loads of money and the industry seems to have turned the corner.
My concerns with
VB and the conditions they offer is that "if" they are substantially under the industry norm the pressure placed on the incumbants to match them is enormous.
The net effect is that all CC positions in Australia are reduced to the lowest common denominator.
"Would you like fries with your, MC job?"
I really hope that
VB do offer decent conditions.
Ignoring the posibility of unforseen circumstances Smile. Can you see yourself doing the same thing in 5 years time?
