Does anyone know if it ever would be possible to apply again for experienced controllers without Australian or NZ citizenship/permanent residency status?
They've had an advert out since September taking expressions of interest from qualified ATCOs from abroad, they explain in the advert that it's not currently possible to join ASA as an expat but they are exploring options to take on experienced ATCOs in the future. They do not, however, provide any time scale for this.
