To the poster that said they alienating their customer base, hmmm.. Wizz and Ryanair have been doing that for decades. Yet they make way more money that the full service cairriers. Have you seen the Wizz U.K AOC cancelation rate over the last 14 months? They pay their cabin staff slave wages so they don't bother to turn up for work.

That's the modus operandi of LCC, treat your staff and customers like sh*t, yet somehow the planes are full and they keep coming back, and you're making the big bucks.
I wouldn't be touting Wizz as an example of LCC success; they've been losing money hand over fist for the past few years.

And the LCC game is volume driven. RyanAir has access to relatively huge market segments, that they ply with a very efficient operation. The Bonza model is not even vaguely comparable.

As to how Bonza will fare longer term, as the Zen Master was fond of saying, "We'll see."
