Actually, I asked this question because I flew with a British airline to Great Britain a few weeks ago (easyjet, not to name it
), I discussed it with a friend of mine, who's a pilot in a French airline, and he was wondering what the background of British (or else) flight attendants was, compared to what is required in France.
