Putin’s top general in charge of Russia’s nuclear weapons has been arrested. Lieutenant General Oleg Frolov, 61, the deputy director of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, was arrested along with other alleged co-conspirators.
Frolov's arrest follows the death by "asphyxia"of Evgeny Postrigan, a space exec who worked on secret project for Kremlin.
Detained, in the same case was Yevgeny Fomichev, the director of research at Geophysics-Cosmos, a company that develops weapons guidance systems for missiles.
