Companies House will tell you Hi Fly own it. Pop had first refusal to buy it once converted. I am unsure if Global have the right to buy Jet Exchange it/when they upgrade in AOC and OL was to happen.
Fair point, but a quick look shows Jet Exchange Ltd not to have too much in the bank, this is the one with a connection to Hi Fly, there is of course, Jet Exchange Management Ltd which does not appear to have direct connection to Hi Fly, only 2 Directors and it looks like they are man and wife, one of whom is also a Director at Jet Exchange Ltd.
