Hence my comment that all work is currently on hold to convert it to a Type A which was being done.
Companies House will tell you Hi Fly own it. Pop had first refusal to buy it once converted. I am unsure if Global have the right to buy Jet Exchange it/when they upgrade in AOC and OL was to happen.
