Hi Fly already own a UK AOC - check out Jet Exchange in Cambridge which they took over. However, I gather all work on the project to get it to house Airbuses mainly A332 for now - has stopped.
According to the CAA, they only have a Type B Licence, to quote from the CAA website '
they are permitted to carry passengers, cargo and mail on aircraft with fewer than 20 seats and/or weighing less than 10 tonnes.' So unless the A380 has shrunk...I think this may be a non starter
