Couldn't agree more. The only thing I'd add, is that Spirit+JB and Frontier are likely to get close to legacy rates for their types as their contracts come up in the near future. It wouldn't be outside the realm of possibilities for Aussies at those carriers to start making close to what their legacy counterparts are posting.
Obviously there are the outliers too, but it's generally easy to see who the max effort hustlers are, and who's more representative of what's broadly achievable.
