2024 should be a slow year. They have basically some 787s to be delivered. On the Airbus fleet probably nothing for 2024, almost all the grounded A350s have resumed flying and maybe a couple of A35K here and there to be delivered new from factory.
So hiring will naturally be slower. I suspect it to be mostly focused on FOs for the Boeing fleet and very few on the Airbus fleet. Most likely no more DECs for the foreseeable future, but don't take my word for it. It's just what it seems based on their deliveries for 2024. Attrition rates also play a role on their manpower needs, but this is impossible to predict.
