Here's a snapshot of the proposed contract rates at F9. They're in line with the rest of industry, so I don't see them not getting it. From 2025, that puts a second year FO at ~USD$187k plus 401k etc. They're still taking E3s too. Not to mention what a narrowbody captain is worth on this side of the pond.

Those are just ALPA proposed rates, basically a copy paste of legacy narrowbody rates.
Unfortunately with Biffle and management as they are now there is practically zero chance Frontier pilots gets those payscales and a low chance they even get a new contract in the near future. There is now an unlimited supply of 1500hr CFIs to stem attrition as regionals are not hiring FOs.
Although they are still probably the best option for Aussie E3s at the moment since Spirit isn't hiring.
