The days of low pay and harsh conditions are over. We just hired a non typed copilot full benefits and USD $180k per year on a falcon part 91 flying.
That’s $270,000 AUD plus 12% 401k plan and full medical/dental. 3 weeks annual leave.
The 135 operators are lowering requirements and fast upgrade. Pay 150-250k depending on type.
i don’t see any OZ non legacy airline jobs matching that.
Vista incidentally offers benefits plus 180-200k USD starting pay.
