Maintenance Releases and Tyres

Hi, just going over MR requirements and having a bit of a search through casa documents relating to MRs and tyres but there’s not a lot of advice easily locatable.

Hope someone might be able to shine some light on the situations below:

After completing a daily inspection and finding a
tyre is flat or very low and causes concern is it
appropriate to put it in part 2 of a maintenance
release as requiring attention?

How tiny is too tiny in terms of what to put on an
MR as requiring attention?

Commonsense says that a tyre without tread
increases risk of hydroplaning on wet runway
surfaces and also reduces friction and stability on
the ground. Would this be something to be noted
on an MR?
