You are supposed to get pilot allowance on top of your full salary (base +
productivity pay), just like any other pilots in other ranks, but because CX is cutting cost down, so they decided to take away your allowance for three years to reimburse the training cost. In other words, they transfer the cost back to you, partially.
Now, from Flight Crew Recruitment perspective, they can still say, it is a fully sponsored program, and you don't have to pay a dime for it. But is it? You be the judge.
