AB and F8 operate the exact same fleet, where they are registered should be just a bit of paperwork

State of registration is everything..
I have flown a few airframes here in Australia that are now operating in a different country under their registration, For me to go overseas, say to the EU and operate one of these aircraft I would need to sit about sixteen exams and undertake their medical. The laws of physics are the same. The aircraft is most certainly operated the same way, manufacturers procedures.
An Australian LAME can no longer sign off work on the aircraft either, cabin crew not employable on the aircraft either.
There you have it. The importance of state of registration.
