Eastern European companies almost always have the same fishing techniques:
”If you manage to pass all of the check rides, at the end, we will offer you:
- A job as an instructor
or
- Free line training
or
- FO position with the company we have an agreement with”
And 99.9% of the time, they will fail one of your check rides on something extremely none sense so that they fall back on the terms of the contract and kick you out without providing anything.
BAA is infamous when it comes to marketing and fishing stupid young kids. Whenever they wanna put an advertisement, they always start by naming themselves as one of the “Top 3 European flight school.” Who conducted that survey you ask? Well, their parent company of course 😆😆
