I have no doubt the DCO will be approved but with many conditions, just like the public inquiry for 19m. This despicable council that sacked all its dinner ladies to save money has no problem funding the DCO at around £65m with the phoney promise of ending poverty. Try telling that to the dinner ladies.
Meanwhile Luton loses its award winning park and county wildlife site to create low paid jobs that no one wants as no one wants the shift patterns this expansion will create.
