Welcome to the Luton experience. You can add the escalator to pier A as another one too often out of service.
The plan is for the passenger experience to only get worse with 19m passengers now approved. With LRT looking to increase that figure to 21.5m with just postage stamp sized extensions to the terminal, including a tiny extension to Border Control, queuing will also only get worse, as there is no room for a proper fix.
